Treat Booking Form

Please complete the form below and allow us some time to respond. Orders should be placed in advance to help us plan accordingly. When filling out the form, please be as specific as possible regarding your event theme, color scheme, and any elements you would like included on your cake. Once your request is reviewed, an invoice will be sent if you choose to proceed with your order.

Please note that the form below is for treat/dessert orders only. If you require a themed cake to accompany your dessert order and the Deluxe 3D Fondant option is not of interest, kindly complete the cake order form in addition to this form. Details of what is included in each package option are listed below.

Custom themes or designs will incur an additional charge. Be sure to attach an inspiration photo for themed orders. If you do not have one, we will be happy to assist with the creative process. Make sure to select from the options: themed candy toppers, themed edible prints, or both. This will help ensure an accurate additional cost.

For glazing/dessert table setup, please make sure to select that option under treat choices. This will help us provide a more accurate estimate based on the event location, size, and design.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Non-Refundable Policy

Thank you for choosing Tastyocakesions for your custom cakes and baked goods. We take pride in creating unique and delicious products for every occasion. Please carefully review our non-refundable policy below:

  • Order Confirmation Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, it is considered final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, changes of mind, or event alterations.

  • Rescheduling and Credit Use If you need to reschedule your order or event, you may use the funds paid toward a future order. The new order must be placed at most 4 months of the original order date. Please notify us at least 7 days in advance to qualify for fund transfer to another order.

  • Product Quality Guarantee We are committed to providing high-quality baked goods. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product. While refunds are not available, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Deposit & Full Payment Policy

A 60% deposit is required to secure your booking date, and the remaining 40% is due 7 days before the event or pick-up date. This guarantees that your order will be worked on.


No Direct Replication Policy

Tastyocakesions does not replicate other baker's work, but we create a slight variation of the design.


Pick-up & Delivery Policy

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after a cake has been picked up or delivered!
