Order Confirmation

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, it is considered final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, changes of mind, or event alterations.

Rescheduling and Credit Use

If you need to reschedule your order or event, you may use the funds paid toward a future order. The new order must be placed at most 4 months of the original order date.
