Non-Refundable Policy

Thank you for choosing Tastyocakesions for your custom cakes and baked goods. We take pride in creating unique and delicious products for every occasion. Please carefully review our non-refundable policy below:

• Order Confirmation

  • Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, it is considered final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, changes of mind, or event alterations.

• Rescheduling and Credit Use

  • If you need to reschedule your order or event, you may use the funds paid toward a future order. The new order must be placed at most 4 months of the original order date.

  • Please notify us at least 7 days in advance to qualify for fund transfer to another order.

• Product Quality Guarantee

  • We are committed to providing high-quality baked goods. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product. While refunds are not available, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

No Direct Replication Policy

Tastyocakesions does not replicate other baker's work, but we create a slight variation of the design.

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after a cake has been picked up or delivered!
